An important change is coming to Internet Banking
We will be making infrastructure changes to our Internet Banking platforms on Sunday, December 9th. When you log on for the first time following this upgrade, you could be presented with one of the three challenge questions you previously selected*.
Please answer the question appropriately. This should only occur the first time you log into Internet Banking after the upgrade. Your User ID and Password will remain the same.
Please call your local Nantahala Bank & Trust branch if you have any questions or experience any difficulties logging into your account.
*Please Note: If you are unsure about what your security challenge questions and answers are, please log in and revisit these questions and answers prior to the December 9th upgrade. Once you are logged in, the questions can be found by selecting the "Options" tab at the top. Remember, you must match the answer exactly to gain access to your account.
